The SIP 4" Belt Linisher is designed for removing sharp edges and burrs from metal workpieces or finishing metalwork products. This includes cleaning and grinding or metalworking products, tubes and profiles.

Applications & uses: Ideal for removing sharp edges and burrs from metal pieces. Suitable for finishing mild steel, aluminium or stainless steel metalwork items.
Two-point belt access: This fully versatile machine has two accessible working points (wheel and full platen) for a range of linishing tasks. Belt speed runs at 19mtr/sec for robust application use. An adjustable tool support ensures the workpiece makes accurate contact with the wheel. An adjustable belt tracker is also fitted to ensure the abrasive belt is centralised at all times.
Abrasive belt (100mm x 1220mm): The abrasive material ensures a variety of metal types can be smoothed and finished. This includes mild steel, aluminium and stainless steel.
Quick release belt change: The abrasive belt can be quickly released and replaced using an easy-access panel.
Metal dust extraction port
A 100mm metal dust extraction port to be paired with the SIP Metal Dust Collector (01996, sold separately).
Bench or floor-mountable: Purpose-built steel stand allows the linisher to be bench-mounted or floor-mountable using the pedestal extension. This makes the linisher ideal for a variety of workshop environments. Steel stand and pedestal extension included.
Enhanced safety features: Fitted with NVR switch, adjustable eye protection and spark trap for greater user safety.
