Volvo (FM | FM12| FH) Truck Injector Sleeve Puller / Remover / Installer Set

VOLVO (FM/ FM12/ FH) TRUCK INJECTOR SLEEVE REMOVER/INSTALLER SET

Removal:

Put the 2-1 puller into cylinder to reach sleeve. Screw top nut to make the puller retain sleeve,then install 2-2 puller ring,and assemble No.1 puller ,screw top nut and take out the old sleeve.

Installation:
Put new sleeve into 3-1 Expander,then install 3-2 THREAD TAP, finally put the whole tool into cylinder,screw the top nut ,then the new sleeve will be installed perfectly.  

 Operation：

• Step 1: Use Tool 1-Tapping head for tapping Use tool 1-tapping head to tap the cylinder sleeve. Tap the cylinder sleeve slowly to make sure thread is clear. Then you can take out tool 2.
• Step 2:Tool 2- Use cylinder sleeve remover to remove the sleeve Use the front part of tool 2- cylinder sleeve remover to lock the cylinder sleeve. Then rotate the spindle to pull the cylinder sleeve backward. In this step, the old cylinder sleeve will be taken out.
• Step 3: Tool 3- Use cylinder sleeve installer to inject new sleeve Take out the new sleeve that you prepared. Put the new sleeve on the tool 3, and fix the lever tightly. And then inject tool 3 direct into cylinder. The final step is pull lever to move the tool 3 backward.
